Production
Nordgröna dyes and preserves its Reindeer Moss at a dedicated facility in Arlöv, Sweden, using a proprietary water-based blend of pigments, sea salts and additives. The entire production process is powered by 100% renewable energy, reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

Indoor environment
Nordgröna Reindeer Moss is naturally fire-resistant thanks to its sea salt-based preservation process. It is free from common irritants and allergens and meets stringent VOC emission standards for safe indoor use. Hygroscopic by nature, the moss responds to ambient humidity — temporarily drying in low-moisture conditions and softening again as humidity rises.

Acoustics
Nordgröna sources its moss, technically a lichen, from regions where quality is at its peak. Its naturally soft and airy texture delivers exceptional sound absorption, making it both functional and aesthetically refined.

Maintenance
Nordgröna Reindeer Moss is maintenance-free. It naturally repels dust, however it can be gently cleaned with a feather brush or low-power vacuum if desired. Avoid water, as it can wash out the preservatives.
